Evelyn Herrera is the dynamic CEO and founder of Success-ID, a New York City-based, MWBE-certified business that empowers individuals, families, and organizations through education, workforce development, and business solutions. Born in Peru and immigrating to the U.S. at 14, Evelyn embodies resilience, hard work, and a commitment to serving communities in need.

She holds a Bachelor's degree from Nova Southeastern University, a Master's in Business Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, and is currently pursuing her second Master's in Education Technology and Instructional Design. Evelyn is also a certified paralegal from the University of Miami and completed an internship with the Broward County Juvenile Court in Florida, where she gained invaluable experience in juvenile justice and advocacy.

Her vision is to see various communities empowered with financial literacy, career readiness, and business solutions, where individuals find sustainable professional paths and businesses strengthen partnerships with their employees.

Evelyn's career spans both the private and nonprofit sectors. She worked in financial merchant services for First Data, managing leasing contracts, and in the telecommunications industry at T-Mobile, where she earned multiple awards for her performance as a bilingual customer service representative. In the nonprofit sector, she led programs focused on education, workforce development, and enrichment services, supervising contracts that served in-school and out-of-school youth, at-risk populations, and adults.

• First Data Spotlight Award: For redesigning document import processes in Lease Administration.

• T-Mobile, USA. Do More Get More Award: For exceeding performance metrics.

Grounded in her belief that education is freedom, Evelyn’s work is driven by her passion for helping people create a strong financial and professional future. She draws inspiration from her roots—her entrepreneurial family in Peru—and from communities she has lived and worked with, including those affected by adversity and hardship. She brings this inspiration into every aspect of Success-ID, from creating custom solutions to advocating for clients who need it most.
